You all know that I am a fond of good things in general. One of the things I appreciate the most, is a good chocolate. So, I always try to find that perfect flavor that is difficult to obtain from commercial chocolates that are sold on a large scale.

At the heart of the Principe Real in Lisbon, there's the Claudio Corallo shop, which concentrates proposals created from the production of this family brand in Sao Tome and Principe, employing 400 people .
The Italian agronomist Claudio Corallo, the father, is ahead of the main plantation on the island of Príncipe, while Niccolò, the second of three children has assumed the leadership of a small factory, where you find the most special variants of handmade chocolates around us .
I recommend in a cold winter day like this, one comforting cup of hot cocoa, a dark brown and shiny viscous fluid, which quickly slips the tongue,that warms your heart
Loving the taste of pure cocoa, my favorite is the one using crystal sugar, from their own production. Instead of feeling the two flavors mixed into one soft paste, this textute arises the best of both.
