ONCE UPON A FUTURE - Storytailors F/W 2014

Once upon a Future, was the story told by the duo of designers named +Storytailors , in this F/W 2014 collection at the Portugal Fashion week. Ingenious, Hot Couture and tailoring are the themes of this collection .The location was the perfect combination of a place with history, but looking towards the future. The small Arabian Palace in Principe Real is now transformed into a commercial space of luxury called "Embaixada", where the two designers have a magical shop.

 

 

There is something unsettling, on the ability to associate a unique and full of creativity stylish idea with wearable clothes.This is a characteristic, we find in this designer duo...The customized music, the acrylic boxes where the models were transported in time, and the magical ambiance of the Palace, led us to dream together with João Branco and Luis Sanches this story.Inspired by Portuguese tailoring, dating back to XII century, the burel is the main material, opposed to pleated crepe georgette, in a multitude of shades and colors. Already recognized internationally, as the best shoes in the world, the Portuguese shoes were represented by Guava brand .The future is an adventure ... and the Storytailors, will keep on making us proud, of the Portuguese fashion.
