Portuguese Miss Universe Event
It was just a simple beauty pageants contest, until I heard a speech by the President of the event, Isidro de Brito, speaking in something that struck me immediately in the heart and made me feel, in love with this project.
Sometimes they carry with them the soul of a country.
Never crossed my mind that Portuguese women, were not represented in any of these contests for many years.
This situation will change, thanks to MMRP, in charge of this Portuguese Miss Universe event.

The event was held in a magnificent Rocha de Conde de Obidos, built in the forties, according to the project by the architect Pardal Monteiro, is considered to be unique, not only because of their architectural style, but also because of the panels by the modern poet and painter Almada Negreiros.
According to Isidro de Brito, this has an analogy to the event because for many years, the Portuguese people left their country from this cruise terminal to take our culture all over the world.
