The Happiness Recipe

Well-being is not a state of mind, or even of body, it is a state of grace. Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive emotions.
Is feeling at one with the world, with the universe and with yourself.
Recently, I have been thinking a lot about well-being, mainly because for a time i lost all sense of it. I was not ill, but my soul was sick.I looked at my life this past years, and the reasons for it came to the surface, I have had the worse years yet, and so because it mattered to me and to my loved ones, i regained my equilibrium.
Find things that can make you happy:
Listening to some music, exercise, take vitamins, travel, be around the ones you love, love your work or work your way to do what you love. That's what i did!
We  need to give out, not take in,
It is embracing life, in all its pain as well as all its pleasure. It's important to feel grateful every day, because this is one of the most important steps to happiness.
The inner wealth should always overlap the outer wealth and material possessions. All that stuff we can buy is only appreciated, when we are balanced enough to enjoy them.
