Formentera Lady & Co at 080 Barcelona Fashion Week
It was in this 2014 edition of the 080 Barcelona Fashion Week, that I met Claudia d'Anca.
This Milan Born designer, was an assistant for scenography in Paris, when she decided to take a holiday in Formentera, Spain. The impact, this trip had on her was so great, that she decided to dedicate a collection of jewelery inspired on the island. Since 1995 she lives between Barcelona and Formentera, designing the Formentera Lady & Co.
This hand-made jewelery collections, are inspired by the nature of the Formentera island, its flowers and colors in traditional materials.
She gets her influence on her love for the Art-Deco Orientalism and African Art.
The accessories are characterized by the mixture of materials: rope, pearls, silk, lace, glass beads and metal chains, they can be part of the same necklace, in harmony and balance.
They are light to wear very feminine accessories, soft touch, and unique.
